第10話 Kazumitsu and the World of “E”
1. The Horizontal Light
Kazumitsu emerged from the depths of U
and found himself standing in a world
made entirely of horizontal light.
It stretched outward in every direction—
not rising, not falling,
but reaching.
The light moved like a gentle breeze
passing across the surface of a lake,
carrying with it a soft, resonant sound:
“E—”
Unlike the vertical sharpness of I
or the downward pull of U,
E was a widening sideways,
a gesture of connection.
Kazumitsu felt his chest open
as if something inside him
had been waiting for this direction.
2. The Field of Relation
The world of E was not a landscape.
It was a field—
a vast plane of shimmering threads
stretching from horizon to horizon.
Each thread vibrated
with a different tone,
a different emotion,
a different possibility of connection.
When Kazumitsu stepped forward,
the threads nearest him brightened,
responding to his presence.
A voice rose from the field:
“To exist is to touch.
To touch is to be changed.”
Kazumitsu understood:
E was the universe of relation—
the place where consciousness
reaches outward toward others.
3. The Threads of Shared Meaning
Kazumitsu knelt
and touched one of the glowing threads.
Instantly, he felt a memory
that was not his alone—
a moment shared between two versions of himself
in two different universes.
A conversation.
A gesture.
A feeling of recognition.
The thread pulsed gently.
The voice spoke again:
“Every connection you have ever made
exists here as vibration.
Every bond, every word, every glance—
they weave the fabric of E.”
Kazumitsu looked around.
The field was infinite.
So were the connections.
4. The Law of Horizontal Awareness
A pattern began to form in the field—
a wave moving sideways,
carrying meaning across the threads.
Kazumitsu watched as the wave
linked distant points together,
creating shapes,
stories,
relationships.
The voice whispered:
“E is the force of relation.
Where A creates and I defines,
E connects.
It is the bridge between observers.”
Kazumitsu felt the truth of it.
Without E,
consciousness would remain isolated—
a vertical line with no horizon.
5. The Encounter
As he walked deeper into the field,
Kazumitsu saw a figure
standing at the intersection of many threads.
The figure turned.
It was another Kazumitsu—
not a shadow,
not a reflection,
but a version of himself
from a universe where he had chosen differently.
This Kazumitsu smiled gently.
“We meet here,”
he said,
“because E is where our worlds touch.”
They reached out
and their hands met.
The field brightened.
For a moment,
Kazumitsu felt the full weight
of every connection he had ever made—
across universes,
across lives,
across possibilities.
It was overwhelming.
It was beautiful.
6. The Path to the Next World
The threads around him
began to converge,
forming a circular pattern of light.
At its center
was a doorway shaped like a perfect ring.
The sound of E softened,
giving way to a deeper, rounder vibration:
“O—”
The voice spoke one last time:
“You have learned to reach outward.
Now you must learn to return.”
Kazumitsu stepped toward the ring of light,
carrying the resonance of E
into the world of completion.
The world of O awaited him.
