地図改定版

陸地が少ないという指摘を受けたので変更してみました。
基本的な位置は変わっていません。
また、いくつかの湖を書き忘れています。ごめんなさい。
前とどちらが良いだろうか悩みます。

重要なのは、陸地面積よりもストーリーに関わる部分じゃね？
既出、設定のみ含め、国名とか地名とかを付け加えて欲しいんだが……
