Russia is cold... - Hello Yoshio Sensei! Glad to see you! I've heard that Japan is actually very cold in winter too, due to the high humidity. For Russia, -26 degrees is far from the limit. There are regions where temperatures can reach up to -50 degrees in winter (these are the regions of the far north).
