One thing needs to be explained. Is the father of this Trash also trash?If he sleeps with this guy's stepmother and this guy's father is a good person, then the MC is a scoundrel just like this guy. Or does this story not necessarily have any good people and everyone is a scumbag?

The stepmother and stepson were not having an affair, correct? The husband has so far not been presented as a bad person. So in reality the MC is being just as awful as the other character.
