I don't understand. He married Sakura, but he keeps demanding that she tell these stories about her past in order to torture her? This torture that excites him sexually? It seems like a very weak revenge against Sakura. Did you like her and don't want revenge? Then dismiss her, but are you going to marry someone who can't be trusted? It seems hard to believe that Sakura is a good person and was just being manipulated by Honjo.

The chronological order of Koda’s first life is as follows:
Less than a month after joining the company, Sakura was forcibly assaulted by Honjo.
While being forced into a continued relationship, she was brainwashed into believing that she loved Honjo.
Six months after joining the company, she was used by Honjo to start dating Koda.
Koda genuinely loved Sakura, so he never suspected anything.
For about six and a half years, Koda lived a life of exploitation at the hands of Honjo.
Thus, Honjo was the true root of all evil, and Sakura was also a victim. Toward the end, unfortunately, Sakura realized Koda’s fetish and, for his sake, willingly allowed herself to be NTR’d. This led to an ending that cannot be definitively called a happy one.
The story may have a clumsy progression, and I understand that some parts may be unsatisfactory. However, I wrote what I truly wanted to write.

I don't understand, if Minase acts against Honjo, then why in the original timeline didn't she do anything?

Something that wasn't done in the first round... In episode 5, as a counter to the voyeurism, Honjo's naked body was spread throughout the company. The final line of episode 5, 'However, this led to an unexpected turn of events...' indicates that its impact reached beyond merely arousing the curiosity of the women. The reasons and motives behind this will be revealed in the next episode.

From the distance I can't imagine it was Honjo who pushed, it doesn't mean he's not involved. If you think of other people nearby it would be Minase or Sakura, but what would they have such an extreme attitude now? Or was it a giant plost twist, like Honjo's sister's romantic relationship with her uncle? Koda started with the height of a horse jockey and will end with the height of an NBA player.

In this episode, the real culprit is deliberately left ambiguous. Please wait for the next episode to learn more about the culprit and their motive. And yes, Koda has indeed grown a bit too much

That's right. Honjo is an indirect cause, but not a direct one. As you imagined, the return point will likely be after the mother has passed away
