Freedom of speech is absolute human rights, so some people argue it as encessary and should be protected. But in contrast there are negative impact on society.

I provide three reasons for necessary of restrictions to freedom of speech.

Firstly, hate speech will lead to desparately disaster for person who posted it internet.

I have heard recent news that a junior high school girl student post hate speech onto internet in a abusive and violent messaage to the victom whose family were killed by the car accident. Although the girl was with a little heart, not intended serious, but her crime documents were sent the prosecutor.

Secondly, freedom of speech can cause pandemic and panic throughout the japan in some cases due to its credivility. There are a lot of misinformation throughout the internet. If medical professional see the misinformation about the efficacy and safety of product, it will lead to distrous outcome. It is irreversible.

Lastly, individual privacy and govermental security should be protected. So, it might be affected by the freedom of speech and hate speech which will urge activist to the propaganda and demo. It will be obstacle for society peace.

In conclusion, freedom of speech should be restricted in some cases due to affect of possible abuse and violence crime, incredivility of the content of information and privacy of governmental security being protected.
