He literally just witnessed the moment the guy fell in love, he also knows that he's a gamer, yet he still can't connect the dots, lol. I mean, there's no proof, it could just be a coincidence, but at least he should start suspecting with this many clues.

Although I don't mind the MC being a passionate gamer, I'm not really a fan of how he doesn't even try to study. He'll regret it later. Unless he's planning a career as a pro gamer seriously, in that case it might work out.
